Can’t tell if this is a bug or something screwy… when you click on the nav links on the left sidebar, Welcome link works, Connect link does nothing, and the The Map link sends you to the middle of the page 
However, when just scrolling through the page, the menu nav links show their active state in the correct places…

That is a really weird issue, seems to me like its a structure issue. Messy fix:
Add a blank div to Map Section. Set its width and height to 0px. Position it Absolute > Bottom. Give it an ID. And link the menu button to that ID. It works. Do the same thing for the middle section. This time drop your blank div where it lands correctly. I dropped mine inside the Screens.
