How to add images and captions to the Rich Text Block?

Does anyone know how to style images (and their caption) that appear within a Rich Text Block?

I figured it out. I have to place the generic Rich Text element on the page, place my cursor into one of the paragraphs, hit the return key, and an image upload icon will appear. Once I upload an image, I can style it however I want.

Previously I was trying to drag an image element into the Rich Text element, which wouldn’t allow me to do so.
