How to create Full Page scrolling sections on single mouse scroll

Hi!

Thanks for the tips! I was wondering how I can make each full-browser sized section/div “flip” to the next as I scroll down, just like tumblr’s site:

Apologies if it has been covered above or elsewhere. I couldn’t find the answer I needed. I have only learned how to continuously scroll down full-browser sized sections, but the sections don’t “skip” to the next like that in Tumblr’s page. Thanks a lot!

Hi @littleviolette, thanks for the post. One method to scroll full pages using the scroll, is to use a little custom code and using fullpage.js:

Here is an article how to add custom code: Custom code in head and body tags | Webflow University

Here is a post that gives some step by step using fullpage.js: Fullpage.js step by step set up - Custom code - Forum | Webflow

I hope this helps. If not, please let me know – I’m happy to assist further!

Cheers,
Dave

Hi @cyberdave,

Thank you for the informative post. I followed the instruction and was able to get fullpage.js to work. Although fullpage.js works fine, I seem to be losing control over Webflow’s functionalities. For one thing, I can no longer see the background of my div and all the texts are jumbled up. Do others who have implemented fullpage.js experience the same issue?

Hi @littleviolette, thanks for the update. Could you update your post with the read only link: https://help.webflow.com/faq/how-do-i-share-my-sites-read-only-link.

Also, the before picture does not show, can you check that ? Finally, could you publish the site and share the published webflow.io url?

Cheers,
Dave

Hi @cyberdave,

I just updated the post. The picture wouldn’t load for whatever reasons.

Hello,
You have to change on your custom code css3: true to false or opposite, i dont remembrer anymore…

By the way, someone found any solution to resolve the issue with native webflow interrection onclick… It will be really useful.
Thnak you.

I dont konw if it helps, but i just noticed that resizing the navigator window, make it works… in that meaning that it make the text, set in some other color on “current” statut, change like it have to be.

Thank you
