Imac, laptop, tablet, phone slider size

IHello, on the manufacture page I have a slider and the size of my pics are 2000x650 which look great in laptop and tablet and phone, but when I open it on an I mac 27 inches the pic doesn’t take up the whole slide, what do i need to do in order to look right on all of them?

Instead of background size: cover, use background size: contain instead.

The alternative is to extend the canvas such that the aspect ratio of your image is about 16:9

Hello,

my image is in an image element it is not placed on the background

My apologies, I thought you were referring to the image behind the word “Brands”.

If that is the case, there are two options for you.

  1. Use background image for each slide, and select cover, center align. This will fit the image to the slide, and trim/hide the parts that are not able to fit due to aspect ratio.

  2. Set height of slider to be 50vh or similar.

Thank you for your reply but i am trying to get the picture to fit the slide vertically and horizontally and none of those two options do that!!! Thank i will just have to keep trying!!!

I have one more question, on the manufacture page I have a slider and the size of my pics are 2000x650 which look great in laptop and tablet and phone, but when I open it on an I mac 27 inches the pic doesn’t take up the whole slide, what do i need to do in order to look right on all of them?

Could you provide a published live url please?
