[RESOLVED] Still can't grasp this 'inside elements are bigger than outside' issue

Maybe it’s a different reason each time I run into this but I have the hardest time tracking down why an element inside a div/container/section is bigger than said div/container/section.

Here is the problem child:

http://einclick.webflow.io/services/mergers-acquisitions#slider-section

As you can see the slider it bigger than the DIV it’s inside of. (actually, it’s in a column, which is in a div…).

After this, I think I’m officially done with the site as it’s being handed over to the client. So, any other last thoughts on it would be appreciated as well.

Thanks in advance.

No thoughts what so ever from anyone?

Try removing the height: 100% on your .slider div class that’s inside the .slider division class.

Thanks, got it figured out.

Still kinda blows my mind how an element inside of another can be bigger than it by default it seems.
