Webflow.js in a custom blank joomla template : js error

Hi,
We are trying to include only the weblow.js in order to use the interactions made by the webdesigner.

We get this js error : TypeError: $ is undefinedvar tram = webpack_require(3) && $.tram;

We have try to usethe same version of jquery as weblow (2.2), noconflict method etc… Nothing change.

Any idea ?
