3D parallax (children perspective) is messing with .draggable

#1

Hi all,

Back here again haha. I’m working on my webpage (https://preview.webflow.com/preview/richards-wondrous-project-057def873a674?utm_source=richards-wondrous-project-057def873a674&preview=381814be47e233a16d47e1da79c0aa07). For some odd reason, whenever I click to drag the icons (differentiated by their black font color) the icon isn’t centered at the cursor (which makes it awkward to drag/move the icons around).

Edit: it appears that creating a rotational parallax (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjofXF5CFLg) causes this issue. If I do not set the children perspective = 1000px, the elements no longer “jump” when dragged. Is there any workaround to this?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: I just realized that the jquery draggable function only works on published sites, not preview. Here’s the published link for reference: https://richards-wondrous-project-a76d67ba0343e.webflow.io/
