How do I add a soft hyphen to the name of an item in a collection. I know its the entity but how do I physically add it where it needs to go without these actual characters appearing! There is no </> option in the cms.
Who knows the trick out there? I would be very pleased to hear from you.

Now thats great, it works when I type it in my question above, …its the (ampersandshy;) entity … etc etc, but I cant get it to work in the cms
