Add custom code immediately after opening <body> tag

Hello all,
Is there a way to insert custom code immediately after the opening of the tag?

I’m trying to add a Google Tab Manager code snippet and the instructions say to insert it immediately after opening the tag.

Hey @DJBrandoK

You can add in an embed code widget at the top of your site with 0px height, 0px width, and just add the code in there (I believe it’s just some js so you’d put it between two ). They want it up there so their stuff gets crawled before the rest of your site does.
