Add layers toggle visibility show/hide like in Photoshop

We're using Webflow to prototype interactions. We sometimes need to quickly toggle visibility of layers, modals etc. It would be great if you could add little eye icons in the elements panel.
Now I need to add a class to hide and then remove it before publishing.
The eye icons should only temporary add "display: none" to selected element and should not apply to published page.

Is there a way to temporarily hide layers?

Great idea! Have missed this in webflow.

This is a wonderful idea, and it would instantly solve so many problems we encounter. Best example would be finally being able to edit text that you can't double click because it's behind another object. This would be TREMENDOUSLY helpful.

Even grapes.js has this feature. Hope Webflow can implement it soon.
