Adding Image to CMS Collections causes slider in collection page to not work

Hi,
I currently have a collection that has 9 images on it. When I add the 10th image, the image slider in the Collections Page disappears. I can’t figure out why. Any idea as to what’s going on? The slider works fine until the 10th image.
