So I have this form on multiple pages
and the form works, however, when I copy the form to another page and add some fields specific to that page like this
the redirect doesn’t work it just going to the CRM action url
You are using the same form name right?
Clear all existing form submissions in the project dashboard, then submit once from the form with more fields.
