Allow clients to access form submission data?

Hi,

I’ve recently signed off a website for a client but hadn’t anticipated that they would need to get access to the form data of their site. They get the emails sent through when someone submits but want to get access to all of the data. Is there any way to go about this other than giving them my login details?

Your client can access form data via the editor. They can view all submissions and download them as a CSV.

If it’s a static site you can download the CSV for them.

Where can they access this? I’ve tried accessing the editor while logged out and it won’t let me click on project settings to get to the form data?

You can find it in the form tab.
