Alternative Collection Url

Hi,
I have an existing website on WordPress with many different services offered on it. Services are grouped on different pages and use the SEO structure of URLs. Example
I have created services collection and put all offered services under there. However, I noticed that all services are now under /services/{name-of-service}

I’m wondering would I lose SEO ranking as the service URL doesn’t have the name of the relevant group anymore?

If you create the 301 redirect you shouldn’t lose any SEO juice because you’re telling the robot that your page is now somewhere else.

That will work for old links. But for new links there will be no more group name like healing in the url. I’m concerned about that.
