Yesterday a long time customize the design for all types of devices.
Today I have seen this problem on my tablet Samsung Galaxy TAB3.

What kind of a position in the editor when you can not edit anything?
This I have something with the settings, or am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Alexandr_Santis, thanks for your report. I am trying to reproduce this behavior using the latest chrome on mac, and so far I have not been able to do that.

Could you let me know, what operating system, browser and version you are using?

I am using Windows Server 2012 + Chrome 45.0.2454.93 m & Windows 8.1 + Chrome 45.0.2454.93 m.
