Animation based on scroll position

Is there any hack to create smooth animations like on this page:

Specially here you can see it very good:

If you scroll up and down, the mobilephone is changing it's position. Some people call this "paralax scrolling" :))))

Unfortunately this isn't built into Webflow yet. It would require custom coding to achieve this effect.
