Another "Can't delete collection" issue

Hello,
I’ve searched and read all the threads related to collections and not being able to delete them. Unfortunately, all the suggested solutions have not solved my issue. I’ve deleted all instances and I’ve deleted all symbols. I’ve checked everywhere and tried cmd+shift+s and unpublishing it. Nothing seems to work. Any help?

I performed a hard refresh of your project from my end— you should be able to delete that collection now!
