If you plan to have your website hosted, you will have to pay for the hosting plan which will enable the use of custom code, allowing you to implement that effect to your website.

You won’t be able to achieve the same effect without custom code, since Webflow doesn’t handle user interactions such as mouse-wheel scroll.

I’m currently on the basic web plan, so should I get the CMS plan for me to do coding?
