Was doing some research on new workflow automation tools and came across this great widget on Fibery. It essentially is a widget displayed above the chat that refreshes to a different product description if the user doesn’t understand. We are an early stage company trying to figure out what works so would be great to implement something like this on our site. Workflow noob so don’t know how to do it but has anyone made something like this before?
