Backdrop-filter is right around the corner!

The CSS effect call backdrop-filter, an effect that’s been exclusive to Safari for far too long, is about to be released for Chrome.

Here’s an example:

With this feature you’ll be able to have blurred elements update dynamically like video or animations.

I have to recommend that Webflow implement this as an effect. Here’s the announcement: https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!msg/blink-dev/GRl1_Qy97jM/h7v1qIDsBwAJ

and the developers feed: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=497522#c190

I’ve already played around with it and IT’S AWESOME!!!
