Background animation/interaction/Parallax assistance

Hi Webflowers!

I’m currently working on a project where I need to achieve a subtle background interaction/parallax effect. I’ve been through a number of the related tutorials on the forum here, but haven’t quite found a solution that fits my needs so far. (apologies if I’ve missed it!)

Essentially, I need to recreate an effect amost identical to the “mountains” in the 2nd section of this website: https://www.headspace.com/

If anyone can assist with the best way to achieve the subtle scroll transition (e.g. how to acheive the mountains “scaling/bulge” effect smoothly upon scrolling) I would be greatly appreciative.

Hi @Sammy_Beeton This type of effect will be available with the Interactions 2.0 update.

I was worried that may be the case! :sweat_smile:

I’ll definitely sign up as a Beta tester, and might do some further digging to see if I can find any sort of workaround in the meantime to keep the client smiling.
