Background images disappeared - again

Hello!

During the ordinary working day, I noticed that all references to the background images on all pages are gone. The production version of the page was published yesterday. No changes made whatsoever but even there background images are gone. In the designer, I see empty references.

I found something which might be related to my problem but I see no solution there Background Image Disappeared

How can I bring these images back? Thanks in advance for help.

I tried to re-publish my project but this didn’t work for me. Background images disappeared from all 60+ pages. Too much for the ordinary mistake. I am attaching the screenshot of an example of how I see the background image configuration right now.

I’ll appreciate any help with bringing the background images back.
