Hello there, my client recently exported their code to host elsewhere but when you visit their homepage (janechu.ca) the background video doesn’t play but when you click “home” on the menu (janechu.ca/index.php) the video plays.
Anybody know what the problem is?

The background video is playing in both locations for me, no problem at all. Has the client cleared browser cache, etc?
I actually abandoned using the video tag and resorted to JW player. Thank you for your response.
