Basic contact form not submitting

Hi everyone,

I have created a form on a contact page and want the form submissions to go to an email address. At the moment, when the form is submitted it opens my outlook with the email address (where the submission info should go to) in the send field. I just want it to work like a basic contact form. The newsletter form in the footer is linked to MailChimp and works fine.

Any (urgent) help would be much appreciated.
