Best Chat Widget

Hi,

I would like to add a chat widget to my site and wondering which solution is the best.
I have few requirements:

  • free or low cost
  • widget customization
  • all in one platform (no Facebook or WhatsApp only)
  • Webflow friendly

I made a benchmark on solutions and tidio.com look quite good. But maybe you guys have other services I should consider.
