Blogging post is grabbing the wrong image

Ok. Obviously I need to adjust something here before I blog any further. When I created a blog using the CMS collections and created a CMS Page Template, I obviously missed something because this is what pops up when I post a link in facebook!!!

Instead of the main image of the blog showing on facebook, it shows my chest!!! LOL

There is probably a certain way I need to have the items laid out but I can’t figure it out. Help!

You should look at Open Graph Settings. Controls most of the share snippet details across social media platforms.
