I realized you can right click on an element in the Nav tab and inspect it as a typical web page and look at the raw code that way.

Anyways, I deleted that element. It was a failed attempt at running another live site through a pop up iframe.

After removing that element the page has published correctly.

Have a look at that tutorial – it really helped me understand some of the layout concepts and logics.
