we cant login in with our accounts in forum so we need create new one its trash 
but in same time login works to dashboard

The Forum and the Dashboard are two totally different things. You may want to reset your forum password!
Yep, @donaldsv is correct, two different logins as the forum uses Discourse.
Confused me in the early days too!
Btw @Webfff - remember/be aware that forum posts are public and searchable (only requires a login to post, not to view) - i’ve removed your email address from your post to prevent spam etc.
