I have a form that I added a class to the submit button and now the button doesn’t work???

Where can I open to view the Form? What is the class name of the form?
I got the button to work but now the form does not send the date info. I assume its because I used an embedded element and not something from the form options? Is there is a way to get the jquery code calendar to submit with the form?
I’m pretty sure the webflow form management system won’t recognize fields that aren’t built in. Have you considered trying a 3rd party form system that allows embedding such as Jotform?
