I’m using a custom domain to host my website, after going through the necessary steps and waiting for more than 48hrs, the website doesn’t seem to load, meanwhile, I had an existing website on my hosting, is it possible that the pre-existing website to stop my new Webflow account from loading?
Hi @Emwest, it could be that you’ve got conflicting DNS records. I’ve run into issues in the past where I added Webflow’s DNS records, but I didn’t remove some preexisting CNAME or A records for the same domain or subdomain.
