If I upgrade my plan and export my code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)… what is going to happen with my animations? Am I going to be able to use them or am I going to lose them?

You are not going to lose the animation - assuming you built this animation using webflow interaction. You can not export cms related code - to learn more read this tutorial.
