Yes, though it is dependant on your plan! Needs to be Pro!
Shame there is no one off fee, though you can go up to a pro plan, transfer the page and then go back.

If you can’t, it may be a restriction of your plan (maybe only Pro plan users can transfer sites)
If you’re not pro but need only on transfer, you can nicely ask to support@webflow.com, things sometimes happen when asked nicely
