My client’s SEO people need to work on their website, but I’m not seeing where I can give them access in the Editor without upgrading their hosting site. They’re on the basic hosting - if I can’t give them access to edit it themselves, can I transfer the site to them? I really need to find a workaround that doesn’t include bumping up their monthly cost.
Content editors can be added only on cms plan and up. Yes, you can transfer the site to them but you will lose your remaining hosting time. You may try contacting support directly with this though.
