Can this Fade and Glow Interaction be Achieved on Webflow?

Can this interaction be done on webflow?

To see what i’m talking about, check the contact page at http://saatva.com and hover over the icons, then some glow and fade in unison happens.

I’m wondering how that can work on webflow with interactions. Can any one help me to figure it out? See the contact page at the preview link.

Try to play with box shadow settings on hover state
