Cant change active tab when tab is within a Symbol

I have run into a bit of a problem.

When a tab element is within a symbol, the active tab functionality doesn’t seem to work.

You can see in the video the element I had to copy into a different section to change the active tab/edit different tabs and then copy back.

Hardly an ideal workflow

This used to work properly.
