Can't delte all CMS Content (Keeps Creating Itself again)

I want to delete all the CMS stuff from my site. So i can get the basic hosting option.

I bought the Bryan Template

Buyan - Consulting HTML5 Responsive Website Template

I just need a simple one page site.

I already deleted all bindings according to this link:

Hello, I’m trying to delete a collection but I get the error “Cannot delete collection as it is used in bindings” How can I delete it, I removed all bindings I’m pretty sure? ISSUE IS THIS: I delete all Collections in the CMS Collection Module, All the CMS Collection Pages are delete after i do this. Then i got hosting options can it won’t let me select the basic plan. I go back to my site and al CMS Collection Pages and CMS pages are back there
