Cant get the covid bar to hide/show properly on scroll

Hi

I have a covid bar and I tried to hide it on scroll like the Webflow university video but its not working. Please help.

Hello,

First I would have it out side of the nav bar. Then have it change its scale of Y axis from 1 to zero at about 10% of the scroll. prior to that set the covid banner element self justification to top so it collapses on itself from the bottom up. that will then shift up the nav bar with it

I tried but I have 2 issues. The bar is overlapping with the nav menu and also it just hides immediately!
