Can't open the designer

I can open the dashboard and open the project but the loader thing just hangs.

Browser details:
Google Chrome is up to date
Version 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Have tried in incognito, logging in/out and on safari.

Have also tried previewing a backup and that doesn’t open either.

@PixelGeek or anyone else Help please

Just started working again on it’s own.
