Cant publish site

Publishing help Project settings

I have a free account. I created a simple test page in project editor, but i cant publish it.
When I press a button publish, I got a message claims me to to confirm email.

I have changed email after registration and confirm this change.
Does this change before confirm makes it impossible for me to publish?

  2. Confirmed change
  3. Confirmed initial email
    Site published
    4)Reverted to right email
    5)But that time i have not received email confirmation for change email.
