Can't reach anymore our webflow designer

We can’t reach anymore our Webflow designer.
It displays a popup “Something went wrong”… We sent the issue to Webflow but no replies.

Other stranger thing: I signed out to my webflow account but I still see the editor view on my website. Wen I click on “Editor”, it doesn’t work.

What is the best way to have an answer from the Webflow support team?

If you can get to the dashboard but you have this issue loading a project then this would not be an issue that community members can resolve.

To contact support and wait for a response / resolution. There are no side channels to support. Support appears to use a FIFO (First in first out) queue. So if there are delays then I suspect there is a bunch of tickets in the queue before you.
