Can't scroll down on home page

Hi there, I haven’t been working with webflow long so I’m probably just missing something obvious. While in design mode there’s no way for me to scroll down any further, I’ve off-set an image to try and trigger it to scroll but even then it won’t let me. Is there a setting I need to change?
