CDN not fulling parsing in Chrome

I have been having issues in Chrome with some of my CDN’s I created using Github Gists and Staticaly where my code has been cut off at a seemingly random line (and right in the middle of it). Has anyone had a similar issue or know why this may be happening?

I have had it happen on a number of other CDN’s I created with Github Gists

I have seen users reporting issues cropping up when trying to use free cdn’s to serve raw gists and raw git.

I host my code on cloudfront so I have no experience with the issue myself.
