Center an image

As it is not possible to add an alt text to a background image I would like to know if it is possible to make an image box work as a bg image with “cover”, expand from center and no tile set?
I can only make it expand from top left corner.

@MS_LiDAR If you made the image height and width 100%, surely that should fill it’s container?
