Change text based on user clicks

Hi, first time here!

Look I’m creating a form for a client presentation.

When I click on the radio button for “Hipotecario”, I want to change the text to “Hipotecario” under the RD$ 00,000 number.

Also change the “0%” number to reflect the user progress on the filling process, e.g. 15%.

Please let me know, I’m not a pro coding, but I’m good following instructions.

You will see I already accomplished to change the look of the radio buttons and have some interactions in place.
