Is it possible to change the Homepage in Clients Editor?

Hello @roma

I think the answer is no…The client can start changing the home page on a regular basis and maybe that’s one of the reasons. Something like this should be discussed with the client. Why he wants a new home page ect. After good arguments you can go to the designer and change the page. I hope this makes sense.

Hi Piter, I am agree. I think, allowing Homepage switching acting from customer side (Editor) could generate more problems than solving of one little. :slight_smile:

I disagree, cause my client wants to have the possibility to switch on and off a site, where he displays that he’s currently not available cause of vacation. That’s why giving him the possibility to change homepage would be very much needed.
Anyone knows another way to achieve that?

I actually agree now. Maybe in some causes will be good for the client to set other pages as home page.
