Changing Text / SVG Styling between sections

Hi guys!

Can anyone help me recreate this text clipping effect that I saw on dribble? The best way I can describe it is the text has a clipping or masking effect that changes the styling between sections.

I’m hoping to be able to create this effect with text or png/svg’s
