Check Out Form - Cannot Type in Fields

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me as I am having two issues with my check out form:

  1. I cannot type in the new fields that I created in the Check out Form. For example I cannot type in ‘Name’ field but I can type to ‘email address’ fields. Can someone please help me with this?

2)Probably it is a stupid question but I don’t know how can I update ‘My Cart’ window? It looks super bad…
