Client not receiving form submissions on mobile form

Hi there,

For some reason my client is not receiving form submissions to his email when a form is filled out on mobile. He receives them when filled out on desktop but not mobile.

I am close to launching the site but want to figure out this issue first before launching.

Hi Rebecca,

This is strange!! I had look through all settings and couldn’t see anything that would cause this issue??

Does the form function correctly in all other aspects? Namely success, error messages.

Also, do you have any custom code loaded in the project setting at all?

Lastly, what browser/device have you tested with?
