Clients Unable to Process "Client Billing"

Hey guys, I’ve set up client billing on my end and everything is verified with Stripe, however, when my client goes to put in their credit card to process billing for annual hosting they’re receiving the following notice;

“This Custom account cannot currently make live charges. The verification.disabled_reason property on the account will provide information about why this account is currently disabled. If you are a customer trying to make a purchase, please contact the owner of this site. Your transaction has not been processed.”

Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix this?

I’m getting a similar issue where the API outputs verification.disabled_reason property on the account when a client tries to make a payment on their newly setup hosting account. Were you able to find any resolution with your issue?

I put in a ticket with the webflow but am hoping for quick resolution and have no idea how long a ticket can take to resolve!
