[CMS] Add ability to duplicate items

Sometimes items inside the collection can be pretty similar in several parameters (fields). If we would have an ability to duplicate items inside the collection it would pretty much save time of creating data collection.

Perfect!
Also an ooptiom to duplicate the whole collection Anna!
and for later, duplicate the whole CMS to another “Design”.
